FPS | Forward Positioning Switch for the Streamlight TLR-1 | Echelon PDW Upgrade
The FPS Forward Positioning Switch is an upgraded activation switch engineered for the Streamlight TLR-1 and optimized for Springfield Echelon PDW chassis systems including the HGM724 and HGM825. Purpose-built for compact firearm and chassis configurations, the FPS repositions the factory rear facing TLR-1 switch into a forward, high-grip activation point that aligns with how shooters naturally index their support hand.
Unlike the factory switch which forces your support hand lower on the grip, the FPS allows you to maintain a locked-in, high-control index while activating your weapon light with minimal movement. This results in faster engagement, improved recoil control and more stable light manipulation on PDW-style builds.
Designed specifically to complement modern Echelon PDW grip modules and other PDW grip modules, the FPS enhances light control without requiring permanent modification to the TLR-1 housing. Whether running a braced platform, PDW configuration or compact defensive setup, the FPS delivers intuitive forward activation that matches real-world shooting mechanics.
Built tough and precisely fitted for the Streamlight TLR-1, this upgrade improves handling, speed and activation consistency in demanding conditions.
