Short answer, it's a grip module for the Springfield Armory Echelon. Better answer, it is the greatest thing to happen to the Echelon since...well, the Echelon. This grip module will turn your Echelon into a PDW (personal defensive weapon) / PCC (pistol caliber carbine). Simply install your COG, mag release, slide and barrel and BOOM...instant upgrade.

To help keep everyone from accidentally stepping into felony territory, we unfortunately cannot ship to California, Connecticut, Delaware, D.C., Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Washington. Sorry, no exceptions. Note: We’re not lawyers, and we’re definitely not the ATF. Please check all local, state, and federal laws before adding a stock or brace. Follow all NFA rules.
First things first—you’ll need a Springfield Armory Echelon to make the HGM724 work. Without it, you can still own the best grip module around, but you’ll just be making “pew pew” noises in your basement.
If you plan to add a stock or brace, you’ll need a 3-slot Picatinny rail section.
For an aftermarket red dot or sight, grab a 5-slot Picatinny rail section and install it onto the rear shroud - or better yet, use one of our SOB M-Lok to Acro sight mounts for a cleaner, direct to optic fit. (More red dot footprints coming soon!)
From there, it’s all up to you! Add a weapon-mounted light, a compensator, or a LAM if you’re cool enough for NVG's. Maybe even a nugget sauce holder if you’re into that kind of thing. The possibilities are endless.
The HGM724 was built to be the ultimate bag gun: compact, ready to go and capable. While we get the desire to run suppressed, suppressors were not part of the core design factors. Most 1.25-1.5" diameter suppressors will not direct thread. A 1" barrel extension makes them compatible. Smaller diameter suppressors in the 1.05" range will direct thread without issue.
The HGM724 is compatible with the full size Springfield Echelon, with both threaded and non threaded barrels. Aftermarket ported barrels are not supported.
